Worst delivery service ever
Worst delivery service ever. The driver loaded 2 pallets of rendering on my parents drive and this obstructed their access and they could not secure their property and close their gates. My father who is 75 begged the driver to just re position the pallets about 6 inches so thy could close their gate. Driver just left it where it was and left. Made complaint to their customer services but they just do NOT admit any mistake from their side. Response I got was please read the small print. Customer service lady first response was that my parents should have asked the driver to re position the pallets, how on earth can they do that when the driver was ignorant and just drove off. Parents had to hire at their own expense somebody to come and shift delivery so they could finally close the gates. Will not buy from them again!

Also the price was very good compared to other suppliers, so I'm happy with product and service. Definitely will recommend to other people in my trade and freinds too .

I purchased a mirrored cabinet and it was delivered promptly. Unfortunately once unpacked we noticed that one of the mirror doors was chipped and although outside of the 48 hour inspection/return priod Builder Depot were very sympathetic and arranged with the supplier to replace and collect the cabinet. Their service was exceptional. Thank you!
